Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! We offer exchanges and refunds within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
- Items must not show any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
- Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened
What We Accept:
- Exchanges: Wrong size or color? We're happy to exchange for another item of equal value
- Refunds: Available for unworn items in original condition (subject to inspection)
What We Don't Accept:
- Items worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (exchanges only)
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery date
How to Return:
- Contact us at alamldn@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Send clear photos showing the item with tags attached in original packaging
- Wait for approval before shipping anything back
- Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
Important Notes:
- All returns must be pre-approved before sending back
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is faulty
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alamldn@outlook.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
