Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! We offer exchanges and refunds within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened

What We Accept:

  • Exchanges: Wrong size or color? We're happy to exchange for another item of equal value
  • Refunds: Available for unworn items in original condition (subject to inspection)

What We Don't Accept:

  • Items worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (exchanges only)
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery date

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at alamldn@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Send clear photos showing the item with tags attached in original packaging
  4. Wait for approval before shipping anything back
  5. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be pre-approved before sending back
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is faulty
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alamldn@outlook.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
